இலங்கைத் தமிழோசை வானொலி நிலையம் தினந்தோறும் 24 மணிநேரம் அடிப்படையாக உலகலாவிய ரீதியில் தமிழ் ஒலிபரப்பினை நடாத்தி வருகின்றது. சமூகத்தினது குரலை பிரதிபலிக்கும்வண்ணம் புலம்பெயர்ந்து வாழும் பல்லின மக்களும் விரும்பிக் கேட்கும் வண்ணம் எமது நிகழ்சிகளை ஒலிபரப்பி வருகின்றோம்
உலகில் ஏற்கனவே உள்ள தகவல் ஊடகங்களால் வழங்கப்படாத தகவல்களை உலகவாழ் சொந்தங்களுக்காக வழங்கும் நோக்குடன் பல் இன மக்களுக்கிடையில் பரஸ்பர ஒற்றுமை சமாதானம் என்பவற்றை உருவாக்கும் நோக்குடனையே இவ்வானொலி நிறுவப்பட்டதாகும். இவ்வானொலிச் சேவை எவ்வித இலாப நோக்கற்ற ஒரு அமைப்பாகவும் எந்த அமைப்புகளுக்கும் பக்கசார் பற்றதாகவும் சுதந்திரமாகவும் சுயாதீன ஊடகமாகவும் உலகவாழ் பல்லின மக்களின் அபிமானத்துடன் இயங்குகின்றது என்பதை நேயர்களுக்கு தெரிவித்துக்கொள்வதில் மனமகிழ்வடைகின்றோம்.

STRFM Radio Station .
Srilanka Tamilosai Online International Radio Station (STRFM) is a radio station broadcasting programs primarily in Tamil language 24 hours per day. Tamil people have migrated from Srilanka to India, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa,France,Canada,German,Swiss,Uk,Usa,Dubaai,Ksa,Qatar and Fiji.
Community broadcasting in Srilanka is the voice of the community. Srilanka Tamilosai Online Radio Station (STRFM) was established to provide World wide Tamils with Information services, which are not adequately served by the existing mainstream media. STRFM was established as a non-profit entity with active participation from the Multy community. STRFM enables the facilities and mechanism required for talented and energetic volunteers from the Multy community to produce programs.
STRFM developed a Code of Practice based on criteria set by the Community Broadcasting Association of Canada. Code of Conduct has been defined for broadcasters to ensure that public is not misled on events or news items, which are particularly sensitive to the community as defined by the International Broadcasting Authority (IBA).
Executive Advisory Committee (EAC) is set-up with Community Leaders to ensure that the Management Committee of STRFM adheres to the Code of Practice and Code of Conduct. EAC will also review the accounts of STRFM to ensure that it operates on a non-profit basis.
